The law firm focuses on trusts and estate planning and asset protection, land use, mineral development, and corporate and business law and contracts. The firm’s trust and estates clients have included numerous Colorado families with estates as large and small estates. 

The Firm’s clients have included: The Colorado Horse Park, Inc. and the Front Range Land and Mineral Owners Association. The law firm also works on incorporation and business management issues helping start-up successful companies, working on complex partnership arrangements, and bond and financing for charter schools.
